Welcome to Auctioneers Palace. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. 🛒 General

  • Auctioneers Palace sells refurbished goods including office furniture, utility vehicles, IT equipment, industrial plants, and display fridges.
  • All products are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. 📦 Product Listings & Condition

  • Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
  • Items are categorized as New, Used – Good, Used – Fair, Refurbished, or Salvage/Industrial.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect items or request additional information before purchase.
  • Auctioneers Palace is not liable for assumptions made beyond the listed product condition.

3. 💳 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery or pick-up.
  • We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

4. 🚚 Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Delivery timelines vary by product category. See our Delivery & Pick-Up Policy for details.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery information is provided.
  • Pick-up is available by appointment and requires proof of purchase.

5. 🛡️ Warranty

  • IT Equipment: 6-month limited warranty
  • Display Fridges: 3-month limited warranty
  • All other items are sold without warranty and are non-returnable, unless defective on arrival.

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.
  • Only IT Equipment and Display Fridges are eligible for return under warranty.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Return shipping or pick-up fees may apply. See our Return Policy for full details.

7. 🔐 Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected only for order processing and communication.

8. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

  • Auctioneers Palace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. 🧾 Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
