🚚 Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

General Guidelines:

  • Delivery available within 160 km from our warehouse.
  • Most items are refurbished and professionally inspected before dispatch.
  • Customers will receive tracking info and estimated delivery dates via email.

Category-Specific Details:

Office Furniture

  • Delivery: 2-5 business days.
  • Pick-Up: Ready within 1-2 business days. Bring proof of purchase.

Utility Vehicles

  • Delivery: 5–10 business days via certified transport/licensed driver. 
  • Pick-Up: Appointment required. Valid ID and purchase confirmation needed.

IT Equipment

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • Pick-Up: Same-day pick-up available for in-stock items.

Industrial Plants

  • Delivery: 2-7 business days for light plants, 14–21 days via freight for larger plants. Site access and unloading support required.
  • Pick-Up: Requires pre-arranged inspection and logistics coordination.

Display Fridges

  • Delivery: 2-5 business days. Delivered upright to preserve functionality.
  • Pick-Up: Available with own transport. Must follow handling guidelines.

🛡️ Warranty Policy

General Coverage:

  • Warranty is only available for select categories.
  • All other items are sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee.
  • Warranty begins on the date of delivery or pick-up.
  • Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications void the warranty.

Office Furniture No warranty. Sold as-is.
Utility Vehicles No warranty. Sold as-is.
IT Equipment 6-month warranty on hardware. Software and user damage not covered.

At Auctioneers Palace, transparency is key. All products are sold under the following condition guidelines:

🆕 New Items

  • Unused, in original packaging
  • Covered by applicable warranty (if stated)

♻️ Used Items

  • Pre-owned and may show signs of wear
  • Fully tested and functional unless stated otherwise
  • Sold as-is, unless covered by a specific warranty

🔧 Refurbished Items

  • Professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition
  • May show minor cosmetic wear (e.g., scratches, scuffs)
  • Functionality guaranteed at time of sale
  • Includes applicable warranty if stated (e.g., IT Equipment: 6 months; Display Fridges: 3 months)
  • Accessories or manuals may be missing or replaced with compatible alternatives
  • Labeled clearly as Refurbished in product listings

⚠️ Salvage or Industrial Grade

  • May be incomplete, damaged, or require repairs
  • Sold strictly as-is, with no warranty or guarantee
  • Intended for parts, refurbishment, or industrial use

📌 Condition Labels

Each product listing will include one of the following:

  • New
  • Used – Good
  • Used – Fair
  • Refurbished
  • Salvage/Industrial

Customers are encouraged to inspect items or request additional details before purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept the stated condition.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Auctioneers Palace, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency. Please review our updated return and refund terms below:

🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery or collection.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Office Furniture
    • Utility Vehicles
    • Industrial Plants
    • Any item sold as-is or marked “No Warranty”
  • Returnable Items:
    • IT Equipment (within 7 days, subject to 6-month warranty)
    • Display Fridges (within 7 days, subject to 3-month warranty)

💸 Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to inspection.
  • Auctioneers Palace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
